At Deskmate Solutions, we are committed to providing quality services and transparent communication. Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and relevant New South Wales legislation.

Service Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us promptly at admin@deskmatesolutions.com.au. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a remedy, which may include a refund, credit, or re-performance of the service, in line with your rights under Australian law.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted, unless required by law. Deposits and progress payments may be non-refundable except in circumstances where services have not commenced or where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
